Rose Caesar was born at Frances Lake, Yukon where her family lived. She was born into the Wolf Clan and takes a lot of pride in her Kaska heritage. She grew up on the land and knows she can live off the land with the knowledge she has.

Rose attended Fairbanks University where she completed courses in Social & Human Resources. Rose took Kaska language at University of BC. She also has certificate for Life Skills Coaching among numerous courses in Holistic Healing. Rose dedicated her career to helping other with addictions after she sobered up 28 years ago. She spends as much time on the land as she can saying it regenerates her and heals her. She wants to learn more about Kaska language, trapping and medicines.

Rose continues to be dedicated to healing from Residential school issues and her goal for the future is to someday be FREE from these scars.
